Grilled Catfish with Tangy Orange Sauce

To make sauce, combine the first six ingredients in a bowl. Brush farm-raised catfish fillets with sauce mixture. Place fish on lightly oiled grill (4-inches above hot coals). Grill for 5 minutes, brushing frequently with sauce. Turn and grill for 5 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily when tested with a form. Also excellent when broiled.
